We are experienced in conservation of Brickwork and Flint Work, using handmade bricks and traditional methods, if it requires mixing Lime mortar to match existing brickwork/flint work. Over the years we have gained vast knowledge and understanding of what repair method effectively suits the needs of the particular building.

Over the years we have used a variety of different types of lime mortar, however, we have found using Hot Mix/ Hot Limes gives the best results depending on the location and purpose. Quicklime is mixed with aggregate and then slaked with water. This gives us two options of using the lime: hot or cool, which allows us to ensure we use the best sand and match the colour of the mortar better than any pre-bagged mortar.

We understand that good maintenance of private buildings is fundamental to ensure the health and safety of building users.
Maintaining your building or property in optimal condition is our priority.
Over the years we have maintained many Private Buildings on a regular 6-monthly basis. We carried out jobs from regular drainage checks to maintaining the fabric of the building. All to prevent any possible defects that could cause problems in the future and also to keep buildings in optimal condition, as we understand that old buildings need to be cared for in a certain way.
